Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was perfect and very close to Safari Resort and the restaurant and the mountains.

Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were a bit lazy.

Food was good and I have nothing but very good memories from this trip. House was with a refrigerator, a sitting area and a work desk. Private bathroom. The staff was attentive, created a special atmosphere.

The room was wonderfully comfortable with twin beds and plenty of storage. It also had a nice bathroom. It was in a good location, just a short walk to popular attractions and public transportation, as well as Safari Resort. The room was equipped with an electric kettle and refrigerator, which was very convenient.

This hotel is a great choice for nature and animal lovers as it is located very close to the zoo and safari park. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with each bathroom and an extra bathroom in the living room. Additionally, the breakfast offered is satisfying and provides a good start to the day.

Good home base for exploring Puncak. Staff and food were nice. Everything was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the mini fridge bar, seating area, and writing table in the standard twin room.

Got free drink during check-in and free parking area. The location has a beautiful view of the mountains and forests.
